How does a staffing request work?

In our first conversation, we’ll go over your specific needs—such as qualifications, working hours, and any special requirements. Based on that, we’ll create a tailored profile and present you with one or more qualified professionals. You’ll have the chance to meet the candidates and take your time making a decision. Thanks to our flexible cancellation terms, you essentially get an extended trial period—so if things don’t work out, you’re never locked in.
Remobee is not a platform but a staffing agency. This means we carefully screen every professional in advance, guarantee replacements in case of absences, and provide you with personal contacts – in both German and English. This way, you have peace of mind instead of having to click through countless profiles yourself.
For employment of 1 month, the contract can be terminated at any time with immediate effect. For 2 to 6 months, the notice period is 2 weeks. From 7 months up to 3 years, the notice period is 4 weeks. From 4 years onward, the notice period is 8 weeks. This way, you remain flexible at all times – whether you are looking for short-term support or long-term collaboration.
It’s very straightforward: we prepare a contract that sets out all the details – working hours, possible onboarding periods, and individual agreements. Once everything is signed, your new employee can start right away.
Billing is simple and transparent: at the end of each month, you will receive an invoice by email, which you can conveniently pay within 7 days via bank transfer (SWIFT).
